  • Summers while at school: Worked at a home for the elderly in Ockelbo, Sweden
  • Swedish Army at Hälsinge Regiment in Gävle, Sweden
  • Worked at a school and recreation centre for children with special needs
  • Worked at the fitness company teaching a course for personal trainers and body building coaches
  • 1997: Started up his own company, worked as a consultant in the fitness industry, started running his own gym, Master Training, together with a colleague, in Stockholm
